About the Project
Nancy Ames, the GFWC Maine President for the 2026-2028 term, has elected her charity project to be the two Ronald McDonald Houses in Maine.
The Impact of the Ronald McDonald House
- 7067 nights of comfort provided in Bangor & Portland
- 824 Families were able to stay together during treatment
- 8-night average length of stay for guest families

Our Impact
The Research Club of Limerick will be supporting the President's Project by collecting pull tabs from soda or other tin cans. We will also be taking needed supplies to the Fall Conference. If you would like to donate, and you are unable to attend the GFWC Maine Fall Conference, please bring items to the October 6th meeting.
